This notice covers this website, roomanise.com. Roomanise is the room visualiser furniture retailers put on their own websites; when you use it inside a retailer's store, that retailer's privacy notice applies as well.

What we collect on this website

• Messages you send us. If you use the contact form, we keep what you type into it — your name, email, company, website and message — so we can reply.
• Nothing to track you. This website sets no advertising or tracking cookies. Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, may count page views anonymously and keeps standard server logs to keep the site running and secure.

How we use it

We use what you send through the contact form only to reply to you and to talk with you about Roomanise. We don't sell it, and we don't add you to a mailing list unless you ask us to.

Where it's kept

Contact form messages are stored on our own systems and sent to our team as notifications so we can reply quickly. We keep them for as long as we're talking with you, and delete them when you ask.

Using Roomanise in a store

When a shopper uses Roomanise on a retailer's site, the photo of their room is used to measure the room and make their picture. Shoppers don't make an account. The usage we count for retailers — which products are tried, swapped or added to a cart — is anonymous, and nothing is counted from browsers that ask not to be tracked (Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track).

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, at any time: email hello@roomanise.com.
